Do you GET ANGRY/SPOIL YOUR LIFE ?

Do you ever think WHY YOU ARE FRUSTRATED,why you hate some particular
persons even without taking to them?
There is an answer,and THERE MUST BE AN ANSWER

for that you have to think about your past,especially memories you
never want to remember,because THE MORE ANGER YOU CARRY IN YOUR HEART
TOWARDS THE PART.THE LESS CAPABLE YOU ARE OF LOVING THE PRESENT and
that will spoil your life i dont want to loose you my friend.
